Altazar is a personal development consultant, coach and mentor. He provides an extraordinary level of support for his clients to fulfil and expand their potential. His main work lies with people of conscience, and those who are in a position to impact the lives of others for the greater good. He has a fundamentally wholistic approach that recognises personal and professional development as two sides of the same coin.

He has worked with a wide range of personal clients from professionals in the media, education, finance and local government to students at an inner-city comprehensive school. He has taught and facilitated personal transformation at international conferences, and on leading edge personal development courses. He has also been a Lead Coach for Hanover Foundations working with young people on the London Challenge Programme.

His earlier working life was spent as an electrical engineer in the construction industry, involved in the design of oil and gas installations for major contractors. This means he has a clear understanding of the stresses and pressures of life in a ruthlessly commercial environment.

Since 1992 Altazar has been exploring the human quality he has come to regard as Spiritual Intelligence. He engages with the mystery of the essence of who we are to bring about fundamental and sustainable transformation in just about every aspect of personal expression. He is a philosopher and a psychologist with a deeply insightful intuitive gift that is able to identify the unconscious strategies that undermine personal and professional fulfilment. He has a PhD in Psychoanalytic and Linguistic Theory and has studied extensively in spiritual development.
