The Grounding Your Soul’s Energy workshop takes note of the prevailing life environment. It recognises the struggles that each of us has in that environment. It offers structure and practices to help navigate a new life-path, into a new reality.
It could be said that grounding the energies of the Soul is the fundamental purpose of human incarnation. But awareness of this only begins when we say “Yes” to living in a way that honours the truth of who we are, without knowing what that might be.
We’re not designed to live in ways that are out of alignment with the truth of who we are. So, this “Yes” often only comes when we’ve exhausted conventional options.
Following that “Yes” the Universe starts to rearrange itself to reveal the truth of our being. Your Soul knows how to orchestrate this perfectly.
Significant changes in what we believe about ourselves inevitably surface in this process. Whatever no longer fits has to be cast off and the energies we devoted to the old ways of being are recycled.
It becomes necessary to renegotiate our existence in a reality that makes less and less sense. There is little structure or support for that in our conventional social order.
The Grounding Your Soul’s Energy workshop is an organic experiential process that addresses the support required by the participants … in the room, in the moment. Each workshop is therefore a unique event that reveals ourselves to ourselves, and provides a doorway into new ways of being.
These workshops are scheduled on an ad hoc basis three or four times a year, as a primary introduction to this self-empowerment work
