Back in 2003 I was invited to create a facilitator training programme in the Netherlands. This course consisted of eight residential retreats over two years. It was the forerunner of my current Energy Mastery Mystery School.
The course finished in 2006 and I wrote extensive course notes for every session. Those notes formed the main content of my first book DEVELOPING SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE. It was published in the UK by O-Books, but at that time there was no interest from Dutch publishers.
Fast forward to 2015 and there was at last interest from Dutch publisher Ankh Hermes. So a Dutch translation appeared as Spirituele Inteligentie, shortly afterwards.
In the mean-time my UK publisher lost the original manuscript and were unable to reprint. So, they returned all rights to me, and I re-published the book through a self-publishing facility.
PARTNERING WITH SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE, my second book was written specifically to support people coming to my workshops and who were asking for more. So, again this book had its origins in my workshops and courses.
It’s a bit easier to read and is something of an extension to the first book. It stands on its own sufficiently, and perhaps encourages a visit to my first book.
I contributed one chapter to THE NINE DEGREES OF AUTISM at the request of one of its founding editors. My chapter offers an alternative perspective on the condition, rather than an expert opinion.
Like many people I had ambitions to write and be published for a long time. I like to write, but writing in the structured way required for books is not something I find easy. So, these days my output is limited to internet posts in response to some kind of inspiration or a situation that has emerged from workshops.

In the years since the publication of my first book, DEVELOPING SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE – The Power of You, I’ve continued to evolve the way I work. The founding principles have remained the same, but I’ve been able to offer more practical understanding of the awakening process that an increasing number of people are experiencing these days.
So if you have a copy of my first book you’ll find this new one provides additional insight and flexibility in applying the process protocols. If you start with this new book you should find that the first book will help you to consolidate your foundation in your own empowerment process.

Nothing in the Universe is static, including me. Consequently, since this book was first published I’ve refined many of the process protocols and revised some of the terminology. This new edition reflects that evolution. The underlying principles, however, remain unchanged rooted in Universal Law.
DEVELOPING SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE ~ The Power of You was always intended as manual for partnering with Spiritual Intelligence to sustain you through major transitions and profound changes in your life, using simple forms of words – process protocols. The book has its origins in the course notes I wrote for a two-year facilitator training I led in the Netherlands some years ago.
The founding principle of the book is that there is an organic wisdom that we all carry, one that’s constantly trying to inform us and support us. It is accessed very simply through intent, commitment and the spoken word.
Organic wisdom is the innate quality of knowing that resides beyond our intellect. This knowing appears at the strangest times, and sometimes runs counter to everything that makes sense, yet it is always appropriate. If acted upon this wisdom continues to arise from within, providing guidance in ways that are always better than could be imagined or worked out beforehand. This is what is regarded in this book as Spiritual Intelligence.
