Centring Practice

This short simple practice will bring you back to yourself in many situations where you’re anxious or stressed. It is particularly useful in personal interactions where you’re feeling swamped or drained by someone else. You can use it to stabilise yourself quickly in business meetings, family groups, one-on-one encounters – anywhere that you might be challenged to hold your own centre.
